Yes, your guests can initiate a reschedule through one of the following two ways:

1. The calendar invite:

  • Your invitees can go into their Google or Outlook calendar and select the event they wish to reschedule.
  • Below the list of guests, there's a rescheduling link following "Make changes here"

 

 

 

 

2. The confirmation email:

The scheduler finalizes every request made via email with a confirmation email.

  • Each confirmation email has a link to the specific meeting page for this event. Your invitees can click the link to go to the specific meeting page.

 

 

 

 

 

  • From there, they can click the buttons "Reschedule" or "Cancel"
  • Scheduler will send an updated meeting invite as long as the date and time options originally set for the event haven't expired.
  • If the date and time options originally set for the event have expired, Scheduler will send a prompt to the host asking for more availability
