Connect your calendar:
- Connecting your first calendar is as easy as 1-2-3! Go to the Connect section of the Convoke app and click the Add New Calendar button. Learn more.

Connect your Zoom:

Set up your preferences:
- In the left navigation bar, select Preferences to set up your default video conferencing tool, working hours, and Meeting Titles. Learn more.
Make your first Meeting Event Template:

Event templates are created once and shared with invitees again and again. Go to the left navigation bar and select Templates. Click "New". Configure your event settings. Learn more.

Priorities
- An Organization's Owner or Maintainer will create org-wide priorities. These are the long-term strategic goals for your company and what most (if not all) work will ladder up to.
- Owners and Maintainers can select the "+" plus sign under priorities to create a new org-wide priority. They can add a description and resource links and set a goal date.
Projects
- An Organization's Owner or Maintainer will create org-wide projects. We plan to add Teams so that projects can be assigned to specific teams.
- These are the near-term goals for your company that are directly linked to your company-wide priorities and what most (if not all) work will ladder up to.

Tasks
- Everyone with an account can maintain their private list of tasks. On your Dashboard, under Tasks, enter text into the field and click "Create Task."
- You can open the task and define the deadline, add in resource links, and a description.
- You can define which project it belongs to by selecting the blue dot beside the task name and select from the drop-down.
- Fun fact: you can drag and drop your tasks into your calendar.
