1. Your Meetings Dashboard:
- All of your meetings are listed there, and you can click on the meeting you wish to update
- Click “Edit” on the meeting page > Make your updates > Click “Save”
2. The calendar invite:
- Open your Google or Outlook calendar and select the event you wish to update.
- Below the list of guests, there's a rescheduling link following "Make changes here"
3. The confirmation email:
The scheduler finalizes every request made via email with a confirmation email.
- Each confirmation email has a link to the specific meeting page for this event. Click the link in the confirmation email to go to the specific meeting page.
- From there, you can click the buttons "Reschedule" or "Cancel"
After you make our edits, your guests will receive an updated calendar invitation.
