1. The calendar invite:

  • Open your Google or Outlook calendar and select the event you wish to update.
  • Below the list of guests, there's a rescheduling link following "Make changes here"

 

 

 

2. The confirmation email:

The scheduler finalizes every request made via email with a confirmation email.

  • Each confirmation email has a link to the specific meeting page for this event. Click the link to access the specific meeting page.

 

 

 

 

 

  • From there, you can click the buttons "Reschedule" or "Cancel"
